Editorial Policy
Editorial Policy
SIGNAL 10 publishes football analysis, match previews and betting-related opinions under one central editorial rule: the reasoning must be clear enough to stand on its own.
We do not publish a selection simply because a team is famous, because an offered price looks interesting or because a result would make a good headline. Each public view should be supported by identifiable football factors such as form, tactical shape, player availability, probable line-ups, attacking and defensive behaviour, home and away context or a specific matchup that can influence the game.
Facts and opinion are kept separate. Line-ups, injuries, suspensions, scores and competition details are factual elements and should be checked before publication. Tactical interpretation and the final SIGNAL 10 view are editorial judgments. When information is provisional, such as a predicted line-up or a doubtful player, the wording should make that clear.
The publication does not use language that presents an uncertain sporting result as certain. Predictions are opinions about events that can develop in unexpected ways. Public copy should reflect that reality even when the football case is strong.
Corrections matter. If a published page contains a factual error, the aim is to correct it rather than quietly leave the mistake in place. Historical results are not rewritten to improve the record. Settled selections should show the actual final score and result status.
The editorial voice is football-first. Normal football language is preferred over financial or trading terminology. Readers should see discussion of pressing, width, midfield control, transitions, finishing, defensive structure and team news rather than language that makes football analysis sound like a financial product.
Multilingual publishing follows the same principle. English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Italian, French and Greek versions must preserve the same factual meaning, numbers and final conclusion, but they should not read like literal machine translations. Natural football vocabulary and sentence structure are part of the editorial quality check.
Commercial relationships are kept separate from match analysis. SIGNAL 10 may carry advertising, affiliate links and referral placements, including services unrelated to betting. Those relationships do not determine which matches are covered or which football conclusion is published. Commercial relationships are disclosed separately.
Media is used to support, not replace, original analysis. Embedded video or other third-party material should come from sources that permit the relevant use, and an article must still contain substantial original SIGNAL 10 writing around it.
The publication also maintains responsible-gambling standards. Betting-related content is written for adults where lawful, does not present gambling as a solution to financial problems and does not encourage chasing losses.
The standard readers should be able to recognise is consistency: check the facts, explain the football, show uncertainty where it exists, disclose commercial relationships and keep the historical record intact.
